ACTIVATION PRIVACY

This notice covers MOMENTUM Activation V1 early-access registrations.
What we collect
Your email address, selected area of interest, consent state and registration time are required. Your name and a short note are optional. A source route or campaign identifier may be retained when present so we can understand which MOMENTUM experience prompted the request.
Why we collect it
We use this information to record and process your early-access request, prevent abuse, send a transactional acknowledgement and route the request to the approved MOMENTUM workflow. Registration does not create an account, purchase, course enrolment or certification.
Protection and processors
The activation service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse prevention. Resend may be used to deliver acknowledgements and operational notifications. Raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints and Turnstile tokens are not stored as lead fields.
Retention
Activation V1 lead records are configured for a 90-day retention window unless a shorter operational period applies or retention is legally required. Duplicate-prevention records are retained for approximately 24 hours. Aggregate conversion counts do not contain raw form contents.
Deletion and correction
To request deletion or correction of an early-access record, reply to the MOMENTUM acknowledgement email and state the request clearly. The operational reply destination is configured server-side rather than exposed in client code.
Marketing
Activation V1 consent covers processing the early-access request and related transactional updates only. MOMENTUM does not treat this registration as consent to unrelated marketing.
